About This Role
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape how people experience our products, from early research and flows to polished, production-ready interfaces. You'll work with product managers and engineers, and help grow a design system that keeps our work consistent and fast to build.

What You'll Do
- Run user research: interviews, usability tests, and analysis of product data
- Map user journeys, information architecture, and task flows
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Maintain and extend our design system, including components, tokens, and guidelines
- Design for accessibility, responsive layouts, and both Thai and English content
- Work with engineers during implementation and review builds for quality
- Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback from stakeholders

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for web or mobile
- A portfolio showing your process from research to final UI, not just polished screens
- Expert Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of usability principles, visual hierarchy, and typography
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Good communication skills in Thai and English

- Experience building design systems used by engineering teams
- Motion design and micro-interaction skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience designing B2B dashboards or learning platforms
- Illustration or brand design skills
