About This Role
We're hiring a Technical Trainer to design and deliver hands-on courses in modern software development, cloud, and DevOps. You'll turn complex topics into clear, practical learning experiences for developers and corporate teams.

What You'll Do
- Design course curricula, labs, and projects on topics such as Go, web development, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases
- Deliver engaging live training sessions, both in-person and online
- Create high-quality learning materials: slides, code samples, exercises, and videos
- Assess learner progress and continuously improve courses based on feedback
- Customize training programs for corporate clients' technology stacks and goals
- Write technical articles and tutorials for our blog and community
- Keep course content current as tools and best practices change

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or presenting to technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of at least two areas: backend development, frontend development, cloud/DevOps, or databases
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and patiently
- Excellent presentation skills in Thai and good English

- Professional certifications (AWS, CKA, or similar)
- Experience creating video or online course content
- A public portfolio: talks, blog posts, or open-source projects
- Experience with corporate training programs
