About This Role
We're hiring a QA Engineer to help us ship with confidence. You'll combine careful manual exploratory testing with test automation, work with engineers early in each feature, and make quality a shared habit across the team.

What You'll Do
- Review requirements and designs early to spot gaps, edge cases, and risks
- Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Run exploratory testing across web and mobile, including different devices and browsers
- Build and maintain automated tests for UI (Playwright or Cypress) and APIs (Postman or code-based)
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
- Report bugs clearly with reproduction steps, evidence, and severity, then verify the fixes
- Support performance, accessibility, and basic security testing
- Help define release criteria and quality metrics

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong grasp of testing techniques: boundary values, equivalence partitioning, and risk-based testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Experience testing REST APIs and reading JSON responses
- Familiarity with bug trackers and agile workflows (Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Sharp attention to detail and clear written communication in Thai and English

Nice to Have
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter)
- Mobile testing experience (Appium, device farms)
- Basic SQL for checking data
- Experience with accessibility testing tools
