About This Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and run customer-facing products from database to browser. You'll join a small, product-minded team, own features end to end, and help decide how we build: our APIs, our frontend architecture, and the tooling that keeps releases fast and safe.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship features across the stack: React/Next.js on the frontend and Go or Node.js services on the backend
Design clear, versioned APIs and data models, and turn product requirements into pragmatic technical plans
Write well-tested, maintainable code and review your teammates' work thoughtfully
Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability, measuring the results rather than guessing
Own services in production: monitor dashboards, investigate incidents, and follow up with lasting fixes
Work closely with designers and product managers to refine ideas before code gets written
Mentor other engineers and help build good engineering habits across the team

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience building web applications across frontend and backend
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and solid experience with a modern frontend framework (React preferred)
Hands-on backend experience with at least one of Go, Node.js, Python, or Java
Good knowledge of relational databases: schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Experience with REST or gRPC API design, authentication, and web security basics
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and container-based deployment (Docker)
Clear written and spoken communication in English

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes or managed cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Railway, or similar)
Familiarity with headless CMSs such as Strapi
Knowledge of observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana
Experience with event-driven systems and message queues
Thai language skills
