About This Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own the platforms our products run on: CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and observability. Your work will make deploys routine, systems reliable, and cloud costs predictable, for our own products and for client projects.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make releases fast and safe
- Run containerized workloads on Kubernetes and managed platforms such as Railway
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, Helm, or similar tools
- Set up and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Run databases, message brokers, and object storage, including backups and disaster recovery
- Improve security: secrets management, least-privilege access, image scanning, and patching
- Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems, and track reliability with SLOs
- Track and reduce cloud spend

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Strong Linux, networking, and shell scripting fundamentals
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting

Nice to Have
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD) or cloud certifications
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux
- Scripting or tooling experience in Go or Python
- Experience running PostgreSQL, Redis, or RabbitMQ in production
- Experience with Rancher or multi-cluster setups
